History

The NinoMute changes the sound of any upright bass adding more thump. Invented by Nino Ocampo from Loma Linda, California; the NinoMute is something Nino has been searching for since he first started playing the upright bass. With no success in finding a mute that could deliver the sound he wanted to achieve, Nino created one himself. After many tries, he finally achieved the sound he wanted and from there started creating them for different kinds of basses.
